Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). The CRO will lead revenue-generating initiatives, oversee sales and account management, and develop strategies to drive growth. Daily responsibilities include managing sales operations, setting revenue goals, identifying opportunities for lead generation, and ensuring alignment across teams to achieve organizational targets. The CRO will collaborate closely with executive leadership to support the company’s mission and ensure long-term success.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in Lead Generation and identifying new business opportunities.
• Strong skills in Account Management to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Expertise in Sales and Sales Operations to drive effectiveness, efficiency, and results in revenue-generating initiatives.
• Proficiency in Strategic Planning and achieving long-term organizational goals, particularly within a mission-driven or non-profit setting.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams and foster collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred but not required.
• Experience working in the non-profit or veteran services sector is a plus.
