We are looking for someone who enjoys both selling and improving the systems behind a growing sales organization.
Promofect is expanding, inbound opportunities are increasing, and we are looking for someone who can help manage opportunities, grow customer relationships, and improve the systems behind our sales operation.
This role is ideal for someone who likes working with customers while also helping build processes that allow a company to scale.
Promofect is a growing branded merchandise and apparel company serving businesses, schools, and organizations across the country. We help companies bring their brand to life through custom apparel, promotional products, and online merch stores.
In addition to Promofect, we also operate NYRushShirts.com,a fast-growing brand focused on quick-turn custom apparel and merchandise for events, fundraisers, and businesses.
You will work closely with leadership, our sales team, and our operations team to help manage opportunities, strengthen account relationships, and continue improving how our sales systems operate as we grow.
What You’ll DoManage inbound opportunities and sales conversations
• Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the sales process
• Ask the right questions to understand what customers need and propose appropriate solutions
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and help move opportunities forward
Grow and manage customer relationships
• Stay in touch with customers after orders are completed
• Proactively follow up with past clients to identify new opportunities
• Help build long-term relationships and grow accounts over time
• Ensure customers have a smooth and professional experience working with our team
Help build scalable sales systems
• Improve how inbound leads are handled from first contact through order completion
• Help refine how opportunities are tracked, organized, and followed up on
• Document and improve sales processes so they work consistently across the team
• Work with our HubSpot administrator to improve pipelines, task management, and follow-up systems
Coordinate across teams
• Work closely with our internal team to ensure projects move smoothly from sales to production
• Collaborate with our remote support team in the Philippines on quoting, order processing, and customer support tasks
• Ensure responsibilities are properly handed off so the right people are focused on the right tasks
Contribute to scaling the business
• Identify inefficiencies in how leads, orders, and customer communication are handled
• Help create templates, documentation, and processes that make the sales operation more efficient
• Contribute ideas that help the company grow while maintaining strong organization and customer experience
What We’re Looking For
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Someone comfortable both selling and building structure behind the scenes
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and projects at once
• A systems-oriented mindset and interest in improving how things work
• Comfortable coordinating across teams and working with remote staff
• Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot is a plus
• Experience in promotional products, branded merchandise, or similar industry is helpful but not required
