Role Overview:
As a Business Operations Executive you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operational activities across sales, administration and internal coordination. This role requires a highly organized individual who can ensure smooth internal processes, resolve operational issues quickly and support different teams in executing tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with CRM systems, Google Sheets, & internal coordination tasks while ensuring that operational workflows run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Operations Support
• Resolve lead ownership conflicts using CRM (LeadSquared).
• Verify lead ownership and assign leads according to company SOP.
• Monitor internal sales communication groups and ensure updates are posted properly.
• Maintain accurate records of operational updates related to sales activities.
CRM & Data Management
• Work with CRM tools to track lead assignments and updates.
• Maintain operational trackers using Google Sheets.
• Ensure data accuracy and follow internal CRM processes.
Vendor & Procurement Coordination
• Coordinate with vendors for placing orders such as books, bags, and other materials.
• Handle procurement through vendors or online platforms like Amazon when required.
• Track inventory requirements and ensure timely procurement.
Batch Operations Support
• Assist during the launch of new batches.
• Ensure classroom readiness and operational setup.
• Help students with attendance QR scanning and initial onboarding during the first few days.
Internal Coordination
• Coordinate with the marketing/design team for internal announcements such as birthday posters or festival creatives.
• Ensure timely communication across internal teams.
Recruitment Support
• Conduct initial screening interviews for entry-level roles.
• Coordinate candidate scheduling and maintain interview records.
Administrative Oversight
• Oversee office assistants and housekeeping staff operations.
• Ensure basic office operations run smoothly.
• Conduct weekly coordination meetings with support staff.
Operational Support to Management
• Assist founders and management with operational tasks as required.
• Create forms, trackers, and communications when needed.
• Execute operational tasks assigned by management efficiently.
Required Skills
• Basic understanding of CRM tools (LeadSquared or similar platforms).
• Good working knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle multiple operational tasks simultaneously
• Attention to detail and process adherence
