Role Overview
This role provides administrative and operational support to the Revenue Operations team, assisting with internal projects, merchant onboarding processes, and documentation to ensure smooth business operations.
This is a 12-month contract role, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent position based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Support merchant onboarding and application processing to ensure timely setup.
- Verify and maintain merchant documentation and system data accuracy.
- Assist in preparing merchant agreements and operational documents.
- Provide administrative support for Revenue Operations projects and initiatives.
- Coordinate internally with teams to support operational workflows.
- Assist with operational tracking, reporting, and ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in administrative support.
- Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy and documentation skills.
- Good communication and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
