The VP of Revenue Operations (RevOps) is the strategic architect of the entire revenue engine, responsible for aligning Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success into a single, high-performance system. This role moves beyond traditional siloed management to design integrated workflows, data architectures, and AI-driven strategies that ensure predictable growth and operational efficiency.
The VP of RevOps will lead the end-to-end revenue lifecycle, transforming cross-functional data into actionable intelligence. You will bridge the gap between leadership (CEO/CRO/CFO) and frontline execution to eliminate friction and maximize profitable topline growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Operating Model: Lead annual and quarterly revenue planning, including forecasting, territory design, quota setting, and market segmentation.
- Process Optimization: Architect the full Go-To-Market (GTM) process, from top-of-funnel lead management to bottom-of-funnel renewals and expansion.
- Revenue Intelligence & performance tracking: Implement AI-powered forecasting and predictive analytics to proactively identify pipeline risks and expansion opportunities.
- Incentive Design: Design and govern sales compensation plans to drive desired behaviors and financial responsibility.
- Tech Stack Governance: Own the GTM tech stack strategy and decisions, in partnership with GTM Systems
Qualifications
- Experience: 10–15+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM leadership within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to influence cross-functional executives and lead without direct authority across disparate departments.
- Technology Mastery: Hands-on experience with modern GTM stacks, including Salesforce, HubSpot and AI-driven automation platforms.
$250,000 - $350,000 a year
This is not including an annual bonus, equity, and other benefits. The actual salary offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, and experience.
