We are hiring a Salesforce CPQ Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade quoting solutions. This role requires a strong blend of functional understanding and technical expertise to support complex sales processes and high-volume quoting environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce CPQ solutions aligned with business requirements
- Develop and manage product configurations, pricing strategies, and rule-based logic
- Build and optimize complex product bundles and guided selling experiences
- Oversee quote lifecycle processes including approvals, pricing workflows, and document generation
- Integrate Salesforce CPQ with external systems such as ERP, billing, and order management platforms
- Ensure scalable data models and maintain high system performance across large datasets
- Customize and extend CPQ functionality using Apex, triggers, and other platform tools
- Identify and resolve performance issues, ensuring efficient quote processing
- Lead technical discussions, workshops, and solution design sessions with stakeholders
- Translate business needs into scalable Quote-to-Cash architecture
Required Skills & Experience
- Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ implementation and architecture
- Strong understanding of pricing models (subscription, tiered, contracted pricing, etc.)
- Proven experience designing complex product configurations and rule frameworks
- Solid knowledge of integrations with ERP, billing, and financial systems
- Proficiency in Apex, triggers, and Salesforce customization
- Experience working across the full Quote-to-Cash lifecycle
- Strong problem-solving and performance optimization skills
