Sales Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Operations Manager to support both our domestic and international businesses. This role will be responsible for managing open orders, monitoring order timelines, and partnering closely with sales and operations teams to help ensure on-time delivery to customers and global partners. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to work effectively across functions and regions.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain open order reporting across domestic and international business segments
• Monitor order timelines and proactively identify risks to ensure delivery dates are met
• Partner daily with international sales teams and domestic operations to support successful order fulfillment and delivery execution
• Serve as a key point of coordination between sales, operations, and other internal stakeholders to resolve order and delivery issues
• Work closely with senior sales leadership and strategic account teams to support customer needs and business priorities
• Help improve sales operations processes, reporting, and communication across teams
• Provide visibility into order status, delivery performance, and operational challenges to support decision-making
Qualifications
• Experience in sales operations, order management, customer operations, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience working with both domestic and international business teams preferred
• Strong analytical and reporting skills; advanced Excel skills preferred
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or order management systems is a plus
