THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re looking for a Sales Ops Manager to own the outbound engine that drives new partner acquisition across all three of Rabbu’s growth channels — investor agents, lenders, and property sellers. This is not a support role. You’ll build and run the system that fills the top of our funnel, and you’ll be measured on revenue it generates.
You’ll come in with your own tech stack, design your own outreach systems, and be expected to experiment constantly — testing messaging, cadences, and channels, measuring what works, and iterating without waiting to be told. The team closes deals and manages relationships. You own
everything upstream.
The right person here doesn’t wait for a playbook. They write it, test it, improve it, and hand leadership a pipeline summary every week without being asked.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Outbound prospecting and sequencing across agent, lender, and seller channels simultaneously
- CRM hygiene, contact segmentation, and pipeline reporting in HubSpot
- Campaign design, execution, and performance analysis — with at least 2–3 active experiments running at any time
- Partner onboarding coordination and follow-up cadences
- Weekly pipeline reporting to leadership — including lead volume by channel, conversion rates, and pipeline health
- Building and documenting the outbound playbook as you go
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2–4 years in sales ops, business development, or outbound-focused roles
- Proven experience running multi-channel outbound campaigns with measurable results
- AI-first operator: you use tools to work faster and smarter, and you’re always looking for the next one
- Strong working knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and outbound tooling
- Self-directed and proactive — you surface problems and solutions, not just status updates
- Familiarity with real estate, proptech, or financial services is a plus but not required
- Charlotte-based or willing to relocate
