SUMMARY:
The CFO will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, driving financial performance, capital strategy, and scalable infrastructure to support rapid growth. This position will supervise the finance department, including controller and all accountants, admins, and bookkeepers, insuring accurate and timely financial reporting and executive communication.
This position will coordinate with Human Resources, Sales, Cyber, Legal and others on the management team to implement and execute on Company strategy and direction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Planning and Strategy
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year planning processes.
- Implement rigorous forecasting and performance tracking processes.
- Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with company growth objectives
- Provide data-driven insights to guide executive decision-making.
- Oversee treasury, risk management, and cash flow optimization.
- Build scalable financial models for growth and expansion initiatives.
Financial Reporting & Compliance
- Oversee accurate and timely accounting and financial reporting
- Ensure GAAP/IFRS compliance and audit readiness.
- Own and optimize key SaaS KPI
- Support M&A strategy, diligence, and integration efforts
Risk Management and Internal Controls
- Lead a high-performing finance team.
- Maintain separation of duties and proper internal controls throughout organization
- Establish scalable financial systems and automation.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
Investor/Lender Relations
- Aid in managing relationships with investors, lenders, and financial institutions
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors.
- Prepare board materials and investor updates.
- Lead fundraising efforts (equity and debt)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- 8+ years of finance leadership experience.
- 10+ years of accounting experience, SaaS or recurring revenue business models preferred.
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and subscription economics.
- Experience leading fundraising rounds and investor relations.
- Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning.
