We’re seeking a strategic Go-to-Market Lead to drive revenue growth through seamless execution of our sales strategy. This role serves as the critical link between sales, marketing, solutioning, and delivery teams, transforming strategy into actionable plans and ensuring every new offering reaches market with precision and impact. You'll architect our Go-to-Market (GTM) execution, build infrastructure that empowers our sales team, and optimize our Microsoft partnership to maximize co-sell opportunities and market success. The role will include a base salary in the range of $65,000-$85,000 with top performers earning more than $100,000 annually.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
1. Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution
- Execute demand generation strategies for new and existing customer segments
- Lead end-to-end GTM processes for new offerings—from ideation through launch and rollout
- Manage and optimize Microsoft channel relationships, including co-sell opportunities and marketplace initiatives
- Build cross-functional alignment to ensure cohesive market execution
2. Sales Enablement & Intelligence
- Own and maintain the seller playbook with current strategies, competitive positioning, and best practices
- Analyze sales metrics and pipeline data to identify opportunities and drive performance
- Develop compelling sales assets and presentations in partnership with stakeholders
- Extract actionable insights from sales intelligence platforms
3. Product & Offer Development
- Conduct product-market fit assessments using data-driven analysis
- Evaluate and integrate Microsoft programmatic offers into ProServeIT's service portfolio
- Create executive-level presentations and business cases for new GTM initiatives
- Ensure smooth handoffs from development to sales execution
4. Partner & Channel Management
- Champion the Microsoft partnership and translate partner programs into actionable sales strategies
- Coordinate with Microsoft teams to maximize co-sell opportunities and partner incentives
- Stay current on Microsoft's product roadmap and partner initiatives
Professional Education & Experience
- 5+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, sales enablement, or go-to-market strategy
- Experience with Microsoft partner programs, co-sell motions, and product ecosystems (nice to have)
- Proven track record launching new products or services to market
- Advanced PowerPoint skills with ability to create executive-level presentations
- Strong data interpretation and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience with CRM systems
- Excellent project management and communication abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science, masters degree is a nice to have.
