Owned by private equity firm Livingbridge, the business is entering its next phase of international growth and is now seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to lead the global commercial strategy.
Working closely with the CEO and CFO, the CRO will take full ownership of the global revenue agenda — leading new business, marketing, customer success and international operations while managing the commercial P&L and a global team of circa 40.
Key responsibilities
- Own the global revenue strategy and deliver sustained ARR growth
- Lead go-to-market, demand generation and enterprise sales execution
- Drive customer retention and expansion, improving NRR
- Provide commercial leadership across international markets
- Align product strategy, pricing and positioning with revenue growth
- Build and develop a high-performing global commercial team
- Support strategic growth initiatives including M&A opportunities
The successful candidate will bring
- Senior commercial or C-suite leadership experience in a SaaS or subscription business
- A proven track record of ARR growth, new business and customer expansion
- Experience leading global commercial teams
- Strong Board and investor engagement capability
- High commercial acumen, data-driven decision making and collaborative leadership
- Exposure to private equity environments and M&A would be advantageous
