About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales Operations Manager to work closely with leadership and strengthen performance and accountability across our Sales and Customer Support teams.
This role focuses on improving how these teams operate day-to-day — using data, processes and clear KPIs to lift performance, reduce churn and support continued growth.
You’ll work directly with the executive team and have real influence over sales execution, customer retention and operational performance.
What You'll Be Responsible For
• Monitoring and improving performance across Sales and Customer Support teams
• Tracking KPIs such as pipeline activity, response times, customer retention and conversion metrics
• Identifying where performance issues are behavioural vs structural
• Implementing clear daily and weekly accountability rhythms across teams
• Working with leadership to improve processes that drive revenue growth and customer retention
• Supporting teams to operate with strong standards and clear expectations
• Using performance data to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and outcomes
What We're Looking For
• Experience improving operations within a SaaS, technology or service business
• Strong understanding of sales performance and customer support metrics
• Experience working with sales teams and CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)
• Experience working with leadership to improve team performance and operational processes
• Ability to analyse performance data and turn insights into practical improvements
• Confident communicator who can hold teams accountable while building trust
