What’s the role?
We are looking for a Deal Desk Specialist (English & German speaker) to strengthen our MAPS (GTM) Operations team. In this role you will oversee deal desk operations, day-to-day deal support, administration of the bookings, discount and legal approval policies, and ensure compliance across all deals including new business, expansions, services and renewals.
You will act as a strategic partner and liaison between Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, Finance, Legal and Professional Services, ensuring deals are structured accurately and efficiently.
What will you be doing?
- Provide day-to-day deal support to MAPS teams, including reviewing and advising on pricing and products, quotes, proposals and order forms.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales and Customer Success by offering strategic guidance on deal structures, pricing approaches, and contract negotiations.
- Oversee deal desk operations, ensuring all proposals and order forms comply with discount, legal approval, and bookings policies; validate accuracy in pricing, SKUs, and billing and contract terms.
- Manage the deal desk queue, participate in weekly deal desk meetings with MAPS leadership, and maintain clear commumication with MAPS teams regarding updates, requirements, and pending items.
- Act as a liaison between MAPS, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Legal to obtain approvals for non-standard pricing, SKUs, proposals, contract terms, or billing structures.
- Ensure accurate deal closure by reviewing closed-won opportunities to confirm alignment with executed contracts, approved pricing, SKUs, and compliance with discount, legal and bookings policies.
- Identify trends and recurring issues, providing insights and recommendations to Revenue Operations leadership to improve deal processes and policy clarity.

- 3+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, or Revenue Operations within the SaaS industry.
- 3+ years of experience supporting GTM teams with deal execution and/or deal governance.
- 3+ years of experience administering discount, legal, or bookings policies.
- Business proficiency in English and German (C1 level required).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to execute proactively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong team player that is willing to share ideas and information with colleagues at all levels of the organisation.
