Our story began in 2015, and for the first five years, we grew organically, becoming a profitable company with a team of around 60 employees. Then, in September 2021, we raised $38 million in series A funding led by Target Global, with participation from Partech Ventures and Avid Ventures. Since then, we've doubled in size!

Description
ablefy is entering a new phase of growth. New C-level leaders are joining, some freshly on board and ramping up, others still being hired. The second layer of the organisation is being rebuilt. We are laying the foundations for how this company scales further and faster towards being the global #1 platform for anyone selling digital products or services. This is where you come in.
A real-world MBA with direct access to C-level decision-making at a profitable, fast-growing B2B2C platform at the intersection of SaaS and fintech. If you want to understand how a business really works — and help build one that works better than most — this is your role.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the Chief of Staff across the entire company and at every level of the organization.
- Partner with existing leaders within their functions to set up and improve KPIs, build and refine processes, and ensure operational success.
- Step in ahead of new leadership hires to build foundational groundwork, including KPI frameworks, process structures, and monitoring rhythms.
- Prioritize stellar outcome KPIs over simple documentation, ensuring "victory" is defined by moving numbers rather than just launching a process.
- Integrate operations at the company level over time to build a lean, scalable operating system that ensures execution excellence.
- Own a builder role with real breadth and ownership from day one, focusing on execution rather than support.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of full-time experience in a fast-paced environment with a proven track record of actively shaping results.
- Experience in B2B2C platforms, SaaS, fintech, or transactional businesses (strong plus).
- Demonstrated real-world impact and strong business sense, regardless of academic background in business or engineering.
- Proven ability as a "doer" who identifies broken systems and unseized opportunities and fixes them independently.
- Intrinsic motivation, the ability to think ahead, and a natural bias for action.
- Strong generalist skillset with the ability to connect operational decisions to commercial outcomes and context-switch between various departmental KPIs.
- High level of autonomy, capable of working without being chased or hand-held.
- Ambitious yet collaborative mindset characterized by curiosity, ownership, and hunger.
- Hands-on proficiency with AI tools (e.g., n8n, Claude Code) and the ability to build automations for an agentic future.
- Fluency in German and full proficiency in English.
