Oracle CPQ CX Cloud Technical Consultant
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Role Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Attend meetings with potential clients to understand technical and business requirements and ensure all necessary information is gathered before proposing solutions.
- Understand Oracle BOM and validate product fitment according to customer requirements.
- Provide technical solutions in a professional manner within agreed timelines.
- Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally.
- Deliver training on solutions and provide product support to channel partners, internal stakeholders, and customers.
- Create internal design and configuration documentation including data flows, architecture diagrams, and technical explanations.
- Work with Oracle Support and Product Management teams to provide feedback on existing product issues or improvements.
- Design technical solutions for customized or bespoke customer requirements.
- Present and sell technical solutions to customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Prepare compelling sales proposals including technical and commercial documentation highlighting business benefits and cost savings.
- Lead bid teams when required and coordinate proposal activities.
- Interface with implementation and project delivery teams to ensure smooth transition from Sales to Delivery.
Candidate Profile
Minimum 3+ years hands-on experience with at least two of the following Oracle Cloud products:
