Role Descriptions:
- Own solution architecture for B2B self-service across ordering| billing| service requests| and account management.
- Design and optimize O2AO2C flows| ensuring seamless integration across CRM| Order Management| Billing| and OSS systems.
- Define architecture standards| patterns| and roadmaps aligned with digital transformation goals.
- Lead cross functional discussions with business| engineering| and product teams clearly communicate complex solution impacts.
- Provide design oversight during delivery| ensuring alignment to architecture and quality expectations.
- Conduct gap analysis| assess risks| and recommend scalable solution options.
Essential Skills:
- 8-12 years in telecom| with strong B2B domain knowledge.
- Deep hands-on understanding of ordering| billing| rating| invoicing| and fulfillment flows.
- Experience with B2B portals| CPQ| product catalog| API integration patterns and enabling self serves to B2B customers Strong analytical skills with capability to structure complex problems.
- Excellent communication and executive level presentation skills.
- Experience working in agile environments and large transformation programs.
