Key Responsibilities:
The RevOps Specialist provides first-line operational support for US commercial operations, ensuring clean pipeline data, accurate reporting, and smooth lower-value deal processing. This role ensures clean data, disciplined process adherence, and efficient deal execution — enabling accurate forecasting and faster revenue realization.
- RevOps Inbox (US Time Zone)
- Level 1 support for sales requests
- Adjust billing schedules
- Update CRM fields
- Data Hygiene
- Data cleansing initiatives
- Duplicate management
- Enforce CRM completeness
- Reporting Support
- Maintain standard Salesforce reports
- Support Power BI refresh validation
- Close-Won Support
- Process Media ACV deals
- Ensure documentation completeness and approval
- Salesforce Admin
- Basic admin tasks
- Account setup and updates
- Success Metrics
- SLA adherence for support tickets
- Reduced data errors
- Clean US and APAC pipeline reporting
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree preferred.
- Hands on experience with Salesforce.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail and comfort working with structured data.
- Curious mindset and eagerness to learn new systems, tools, and technical concepts.
Desired Qualifications:
- Previous Experience in similar roles.
- Junior profile with strong interest in Sales operations, revenue processes, and data.
- Enthusiastic about new technologies and eager to develop a deeper understanding of how revenue systems (particularly Salesforce) support Sales and Finance processes.
- Proactive, organised, and comfortable asking questions and learning from others.
