Business Operations Analyst
We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst who will play a key role in supporting operational excellence and transformation initiatives across the organization. This role blends analytical rigor, structured problem-solving, and strong execution skills. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, support scalable solutions, and enable better decision-making through insights and governance.
The Business Enablement & Transformation (BET) team partners with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve how the business operates —driving scale, efficiency, and decision clarity through data, process optimization, and smart use of technology. The team focuses on turning ambiguity into structured, actionable outcomes.
Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do
- Partner with business and functional teams to identify operational pain points and improvement opportunities
- Translate business problems into structured analyses, insights, and actionable recommendations
- Support enterprise and function-level initiatives related to productivity, cost optimization, and scale
- Support Salesforce account management processes, including account hierarchy governance, territory alignment, and data integrity
- Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights on account performance, coverage, and opportunity progression
- Build and maintain operational metrics, dashboards, and performance frameworks (OKRs, KPIs)
- Analyse complex datasets to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities
- Provide clear, data-backed insights to support leadership decision-making
- Support process redesign initiatives using Lean / continuous improvement principles
- Identify automation and AI-enablement opportunities to improve efficiency
- Drive adoption of standardized processes, tools, and operating models
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Sales Ops, Product, IT, and GTM teams
- Support operating rhythms, governance mechanisms, and reporting frameworks
- Contribute to delivery of key BET initiatives from analysis through implementation
- Track progress and help measure benefits realization
- Support change management through documentation, communication, and enablement
Be Prepared — What You Bring - 4–7 years of experience in business operations, strategy, analytics, consulting, or related roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Operations, Analytics, or related field (Master’s is a plus)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business insights
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM, including account management, reporting, dashboards, and basic workflow automation
- Understanding of account hierarchies, territory models, pipeline tracking, and CRM data governance best practices
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
- Exposure to transformation, automation, or digital initiatives is a plus
- Exposure to automation, AI, or digital transformation initiatives
- Strong experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Working knowledge of SQL; familiarity with Python is a plus
- Experience with process mapping and documentation tools
