In this role, you will be a strategic partner to executive leaders to drive transformative programs at Intuit India Site wide. You’ll work across Product, Engineering and various Functional Groups to innovate how we operate, acting as a "connective tissue" that turns high-level strategy into tangible outcomes. This role will be important in creating and implementing important internal communication programs that educate, engage, and inspire employees across the India site. You'll partner closely with the leadership and communications team to drive impactful communications for strategic initiatives and large-scale brand campaigns. We are looking for someone with a passion for people and storytelling and a proven track record of developing successful, multi-channel communications in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Responsibilities
As a Senior Business Operations Manager, you will lead and drive programs while solving some of our strategic challenges.
Drive Strategy & Operating Rhythm
- Connect organizational strategy to project-level execution to deliver on key performance drivers.
- Drive the operating rhythm at a program level to monitor performance, inspire teams, and instill accountability.
Solve Strategic Problems & Execute with Rigor
- Lead strategic initiatives with end-to-end ownership—identifying priorities, building the right team, and managing progress and risks.
- Frame strategic questions and design experiments to identify solutions independently.
- Develop and execute high-quality plans with clear milestones and well-defined success measures.
- Analyze and drive data driven insights and actions
Enable Scale & Lead Change
- Establish credibility and trust across teams to lead change with velocity.
- Communicate a clear case for change to influence stakeholders and drive collective action.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities to improve efficiency.
Build and execute Communications plans
- Lead end-to-end program management for high-stakes brand and communication initiatives that translate site strategy into tangible results.
- Serve as a strategic partner to leadership and teams, connecting high-level organizational goals to project-level execution and clear milestones.
- Design and manage a consistent cadence for brand and comms programs to instill accountability and align local efforts with global priorities.
- Develop integrated frameworks to showcase tech innovation, turning complex strategic narratives into scalable "stories of impact" in partnership with the communications team.
- Implement a rigorous approach to tracking campaign performance, using data to solve strategic challenges and manage program risks.
Qualifications
We are looking for a collaborative, data-driven expert who can establish rapport and trust throughout the organization.
- Professional Experience: 6–8 years of experience in high-impact roles, such as strategy/business operations in a tech company or a top-tier management consulting firm focused on implementation.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional structured problem-solving abilities combined with strong business acumen.
- Leadership Qualities: Exhibits "extreme ownership" when driving change and possesses the interpersonal skills to build relationships with senior leaders.
- Domain Expertise: Ability to quickly ramp up in new business domains and identify optimal "paths to green" when facing blockers.
- Education: A strong academic record is required. An MBA or equivalent degree from a nationally recognized institution is preferred with a software engineering degree background preferred.
- Experience working in a global, matrix organization is highly desirable.
- Strategic Communication: Proven ability to turn complex, ambiguous topics into compelling narratives for senior executives.
- Strong storytelling and executive communication skills, with experience crafting narratives for C-suite audiences.
- Create interesting content in various formats for a diverse audience, and have great editing and proofreading skills.
- A proactive mindset toward exploring and implementing new AI-powered communication tools, techniques, and solutions.
- Proven ability to develop and scale integrated strategic communications plans
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to use insights to shape content strategies.
