The Sales Operations Associate serves as the final, critical link between a closed deal and a successful customer lifecycle. This role ensures that signed legal agreements, Salesforce Opportunities, and Quotes are accurately translated into executed Salesforce Contract records using customized internal automation. Rather than simple data entry, the position focuses on quality control, operational accuracy, and maintaining data integrity to support downstream processes such as renewals, reporting, and project delivery.
Major Responsibilities:
Contract Execution
- Execute contract records in Salesforce using custom workflows and automation.
- Ensure contracts align with organizational business rules and standards.
Automation Management
- Trigger and manage automation that generates accurate renewal opportunities.
- Monitor automation outcomes to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Project Initialization
- Identify deals requiring professional services and initiate consulting project records.
- Ensure project parameters and deal information are correctly mapped.
Data Integrity Auditing
- Compare signed contracts with Salesforce data to identify discrepancies.
- Resolve data issues before impacting reporting, renewals, or downstream processes.
Process Improvement
- Partner with RevOps and Salesforce teams to improve automation and workflows.
- Identify edge cases and operational gaps to enhance system efficiency.
Education and Experience:
Experience Working With Salesforce Is Preferred But Not Required.
- Background in sales operations, revenue operations, contract administration, or similar operational roles is helpful.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage operational workflows with high accuracy.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, RevOps, and consulting teams to support deal execution and lifecycle processes.
