Overview
The Sales Operations Associate supports the launch of new media products across EMEA. The role includes executing operational processes, analysing data, supporting project delivery, and partnering with cross‑functional teams to ensure business objectives are met. The position requires structured thinking, strong program management skills, and the ability to work in ambiguous environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute operational cadence and support business processes to drive operational rigor.
- Analyse and interpret data; communicate insights clearly and effectively.
- Support development and execution of product and sales activation strategies.
- Build productive relationships with cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Conduct strategic assessments with manager guidance; evaluate solution options and associated impacts.

- Develop understanding of available products and apply knowledge to make recommendations.
