About The Role
We are seeking a talented full-time Senior Sales Operations Executive to join our team. This role will report to the Marketing Operations Director. This role will be based at our Random42 offices in Central London.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, a talent for process optimisation, and the ability to act as the subject matter expert for our key sales technologies. You will be a proactive, organized, and meticulous individual who can thrive in a collaborative, group-wide environment.
Purpose of a Senior Operations Executive
As a Senior Sales Operations Executive, you will ensure our sales teams are fully supported to successfully win new business. You will support our core sales infrastructure and data governance strategy and provide key analytics to senior stakeholders. We will provide you with all the resources to optimise our sales processes and ensure the CRM remains a reliable source of truth across the whole group. This is a vital role for supporting the delivery of our business objectives.
Responsibilities Of a Senior Operations Executive
This role provides essential support to sales teams across The Lockwood Group, enabling them to expand the sales pipeline and win new business. Key responsibilities include managing systems, maintaining data integrity, and delivering analytics to optimize performance.
Infrastructure and Process Management:
- Architect and oversee the structure of key databases, including Salesforce, to ensure optimal data integrity and accuracy.
- Manage the seamless integration between Salesforce and other business-critical systems, such as finance and project management platforms.
- Proactively identify, recommend, and implement new processes and technologies to optimize data management and improve team performance.
Data Management and Segmentation:
- Assure data quality by establishing and enforcing standards for data entry, cleanliness, and relevance across all CRM and integrated platforms.
- Develop and manage strategic data segmentation to enable targeted and effective sales and marketing campaigns.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Analyse business performance by tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and delivering timely, accurate reports.
- Provide actionable insights by translating complex data into strategic recommendations to inform future strategic planning.
- Communicate reports and insights clearly and effectively to key stakeholders, ensuring information is understood and acted upon.
General:
- Enable the team by serving as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operational and sales data-related support across The Lockwood Group.
- Build a deep understanding of the industries and client profiles we serve to become an expert on the sales and marketing strategies that drive success.
Essential Skills Or Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in science, business, marketing, or equivalent proven practical experience in a relevant sales or marketing operations environment.
- Strong communicator, both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrates excellent organisational and time management skills to manage workload and priorities effectively.
- A high standard of accuracy and attention to detail.
- A good understanding of database structure, data hygiene, analytics, and attribution.
- Proficient at Microsoft Suite
Desirable Skills Or Qualifications
- Proven experience in a B2B environment.
- Proven, hands-on experience with a major CRM platform
- Capable of interpreting complex data to provide actionable insights.
- Proven experience in problem-solving and driving solutions.
- Demonstrates the ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and drive results.
- Shows willingness and pro-activity to drive process improvements.

Working Location
During the initial 3-month probation period, you will be expected to work from our Marylebone office in London 5 days a week. The office is easily accessible from a number of public transport stations including Bond Street and Marylebone.
Upon successful completion of probation period, you will be eligible to work 2 days per week from home, which will vary each week according to our hybrid working rota which you can view in advance. If you have commitments outside work which mean you would benefit from having two fixed days from home, such as childcare drop offs or collections, then you will be able to submit a request to make this change to your working location pattern.
Working Hours
Our standard working hours are Monday - Friday 10:00 - 18:00 (35 hours per week plus one-hour unpaid lunch break per day). Unless otherwise specified, these will be the contracted hours for the role.
