Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Business Development
- Brand Promotion: Assist with internal and external marketing initiatives to enhance brand equity, including social media management, asset creation, and collateral development.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct research to identify industry trends, analyze the competitive landscape, and understand client preferences to inform growth strategies.
- Digital Presence: Maintain and update the company website and social media accounts to showcase our latest projects and achievements.
- Content Creation: Develop compelling marketing materials, including proposals, reports, and high-impact presentations for prospective clients.
- Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the leadership team, including scheduling client meetings and maintaining vital marketing databases.
Strategic Projects & Operational Excellence
- Project Management: Lead internal corporate initiatives, such as the implementation of new software systems or the development of refined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Corporate Governance: Maintain comprehensive and accurate corporate records, filings, and business licenses.
- Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance efficiency across the organization and uphold general business regulations.
Culture & Internal Operations
- Culture Building: Champion initiatives that maintain a vibrant company culture, including the planning of company events, celebrations, and team-building activities.
- Talent Coordination: Manage the logistical aspects of the employee lifecycle, including interview scheduling, IT equipment setup, and internal communications.
Professional Experience & Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in a broad-ranging business operations or administrative role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop).
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt quickly to a diverse, high-energy team.
- Analytical Thinking: A proactive "gatekeeper" mentality—able to foresee potential issues, ask clarifying questions, and prioritize information for executives.
- Organization: Superior attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
- Adaptability: Comfortable leading through ambiguity and finding creative solutions within a growing organization.
