Position Overview
Omninet Capital is seeking a highly organized, systems-oriented Business Operations Coordinator who enjoys building structure, improving workflows, and helping teams operate at their best.
This role sits at the intersection of operations, workplace experience, and people systems. You will help ensure the office runs smoothly while also supporting leadership with operational coordination, vendor management, and internal systems.
The ideal candidate is someone who is detail-oriented, highly reliable, and comfortable using modern productivity tools and technology to make processes better.
Key Responsibilities
HR & People Operations Support
- Assist the HR team across the employee lifecycle by coordinating key people processes such as onboarding, internal communications and employment engagement initiatives
- Provide administrative and operational support to the leadership team, including internal meetings, travel logistics, and meeting preparation.
AI Tools & Digital Systems
- Help the firm stay at the forefront of workplace technology by actively exploring and utilizing AI modern productivity tools to improve workflows and operational efficiency
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive administrative tasks, streamline information management and improve internal documentation
Office Operations & Kitchen Management
- Help maintain a welcoming and well-organized office environment for both employees and visitors
- Maintain a well-stocked and organized kitchen environment, monitoring inventory for snacks and beverages
- Coordinate recurring orders and Costco runs while balancing cost efficiency and storage capacity
- Conduct regular sweeps of common areas to ensure the office remains clean, organized, and ready for internal and external meetings
- Support internal culture by assisting with team events, seasonal gatherings, and office activities and leadership conferences
Qualifications
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with modern productivity tools and systems, and leveraging AI tools daily
- Strong communication skills and professional presence
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems proactively
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and modern workplace tools
