Position Overview
One of our leading Client is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional Go-to-Market (GTM) transformation and growth programs. This role is critical to executing Autodesk’s GTM strategy by translating strategic priorities into structured, outcome-focused execution that drives measurable business impact, such as revenue growth, productivity gains, or cost efficiency.
The Senior Program Manager will establish and evolve program governance, operating cadence, and delivery approaches to ensure effective execution and informed decision-making across the organization. This position reports to the Senior Manager of GTM PMO and is hybrid/remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact GTM transformation and growth programs from strategy through execution and benefits realization, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve program governance, operating cadence, and delivery structures to create clarity, accountability, and momentum.
- Partner with senior leaders and executives to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, identify trade-offs, and drive timely decisions.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, Operations, Product, and Technology, resolving systemic blockers and managing complex dependencies.
- Influence outcomes without direct authority by building trust, aligning stakeholders, and navigating competing priorities.
- Provide clear, executive-ready reporting and summaries communicating progress, risks, outcomes, and recommendations.
- Own the framing of decisions needed to unblock work, including outlining options, implications, and recommended paths forward.
- Proactively identify risks and opportunities, escalating with mitigation plans and proposed actions.
- Mentor junior program managers, providing guidance and ensuring consistent application of PMO standards and best practices.
- Apply and adapt PMO standards, tools, and best practices, contributing to continuous improvement of program delivery.
- Partner with enablement and change management teams to ensure programs are supported by effective communication, training, and adoption strategies.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years leading complex, cross-functional programs or transformations with impacts to GTM functions.
- Experience working with senior leaders and executives, including preparing materials, facilitating discussions, and supporting decision-making.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and balance detailed execution with strategic context.
- Proven success driving collaboration across global teams and multiple functions.
- Experience operating within a PMO-governed program management framework, using standard tools, artifacts, and reporting accurately.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information for diverse audiences.
- PMP, Change Management, or related certifications preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.
