Reporting to the COO, the main responsibilities include:
- Oversee corporate and grants finance, ensuring strong governance, internal controls and strategic financial management
- Ensure funder requirements are met, project accounting is accurate, and donor-funded programs have robust oversight
- Drive continuous improvements and deliver timely, accurate reporting to stakeholders, supporting fiancé transformation initiatives
- Support the COO in board and committee activities, risk oversight, and external audit engagement
- Provide financial insight and guidance to the COO and Executive Leadership team to support the organization's priorities and transformation

Qualifications:
The main qualifications for this role include:
- Completed CPA designation is preferred
- Post-secondary education in finance and/or accounting
- Minimum 8+ years of strong expertise in financial management and corporate accounting
- Senior financial leadership experience
- NFP experience, considered an asset
- Experience with PeopleSoft and SharePoint is an asset
How You Will Be Rewarded:
