Milea Auto Group, one of the
largest automotive and commercial truck providers in the Tri-State and New Jersey region, is seeking an experienced
Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to serve as a key member of the
executive leadership team, overseeing financial strategy and operations across a
multi-location organization that includes automotive dealerships as well as commercial truck sales and leasing divisions.
As the CFO, you will work closely with ownership and executive leadership to provide financial insight, operational guidance, and strategic planning that supports the continued growth and long-term success of the organization.
This opportunity is ideal for a financial professional with
strong automotive dealership accounting experience who understands the complexities of multi-store operations, manufacturer reporting requirements, and the financial structure of both retail automotive and commercial trucking businesses.
Responsibilities – CFO:
- Serve as a strategic financial partner to ownership and executive leadership
- Oversee all accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Lead financial strategy across automotive dealerships as well as commercial truck sales and leasing operations
- Manage and develop accounting teams across multiple business units and locations
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and operational reports
- Oversee dealer financial statements, manufacturer reporting, and compliance requirements
- Manage floorplan financing, banking relationships, and capital planning
- Monitor company cash flow, profitability, and financial performance across all divisions
- Provide financial guidance on expansion opportunities, acquisitions, and long-term strategic initiatives
- Establish and maintain strong internal controls and financial processes across the organization
Qualifications/Requirements – CFO:
- Automotive dealership accounting experience required
- Prior experience as CFO, Controller, or senior financial executive within a dealership group
- Strong understanding of dealer financial statements, floorplans, and operational reporting
- Experience overseeing multi-location or multi-entity financial operations
- Background in commercial truck, fleet, leasing, or equipment finance operations is a strong plus
- Proven leadership ability managing accounting teams
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and financial management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
