Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 + quarterly performance bonuses $5k per quarter +20% performance based bonus

This role is ideal for a strategic operator who thrives in fast-paced, unstructured environments and can drive alignment across the business.
We’re seeking an experienced Associate Director of Revenue Operations to design, optimize, and scale the systems, processes, and analytics that power our go-to-market teams.
You will play a critical leadership role in driving alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, ensuring predictable revenue growth through operational excellence, data-driven insights, and scalable infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Revenue Operations Strategy
- Build, refine, and execute scalable RevOps frameworks across the full customer lifecycle
- Align Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success around shared KPIs and revenue goals
Own CRM & Systems Excellence
- Oversee HubSpot CRM governance, architecture, and optimization
- Ensure data accuracy, system scalability, and seamless integrations across the tech stack
Drive Pipeline & Forecasting Accuracy
- Manage pipeline health, forecasting processes, and revenue visibility
- Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities across the funnel and implement solutions
Deliver Analytics & Insights
- Develop dashboards, reporting frameworks, and performance metrics
- Translate data into actionable recommendations for executive leadership
Scale Revenue Processes
- Design and optimize lead management, lifecycle stages, and SLAs
- Identify bottlenecks and implement automation to improve efficiency
Align Cross-Functional Efforts
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Client Success
- Support GTM planning, territory design, and capacity modeling
Report to Leadership
- Present data-driven insights, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to C-level stakeholders
Champion Continuous Improvement
- Evaluate new tools, technologies, and best practices to enhance RevOps maturity
- Build scalable processes that evolve with company growth
Candidate Profile
- 6–10 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy, ideally within SaaS or high-growth tech
- Proven experience owning CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and revenue tech stacks
- Strong expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue analytics
- Experience designing and scaling processes across the customer lifecycle
- Advanced analytical mindset with ability to translate data into business insights
- Strong communication skills with confidence presenting to senior leadership
- Collaborative leader who builds cross-functional alignment and trust
