Role Overview
This is a high-trust, high-impact role supporting the CEO directly. You will be the connective tissue of AMS operations — handling everything from contracts and proposals to customer communication and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage sales quotations, proposals, and project estimates
Draft, review, and track contracts, NDAs, and vendor agreements
Communicate with customers regarding orders, quotations, and project updates
Support international sales agent relationships (Mexico, Brazil)
Coordinate across engineering, sales, finance, and external partners
Perform ad hoc research, reporting, and special projects as directed by CEO
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in operations, business coordination, or executive support
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Experience with contract review, RFQs, or procurement preferred
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) — MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Must be able to work at our San Diego (Otay Mesa) office
Korean or Spanish language skills is a plus
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
