Our leadership previously founded and led a national digital health company (>$15M raised), with a team of 100+ employees across the US and that sold to a 1,000+-person incumbent.We’re a tight-knit team that’s driven to move fast and take on some of the biggest problems in healthcare and ultimately improve patient lives.
About the Role
Our business continues to grow, with leading national healthcare companies as customers. With this growth, we’re looking for an individual to step up as Business Operations Lead, working with and reporting directly to our CEO to lead help lead our operations teams to reach the next 10x of scale.
What You'll Own:
- Lead our Business Operations team, which builds automations and drives process improvements across our company. This includes people management responsibilities.
- Lead, at various points where needed, distinct Operations teams (including Client Success, Compliance Operations, Business Operations, People Operations, Growth Operations, and others). People manage, mature teams, and build lasting systems on our top company priorities while we hire dedicated leadership on a team.
- Hire and onboard new teammates across Ops as we rapidly grow, including mentoring, coaching, and developing leaders from our existing Ops organization.
- Work with our team to build processes, structures, systems, and automations to help us work more effectively and reach the next 10x of scale.
- Own important cross-functional projects that are leadership’s top priority. You’ll be working directly with our CEO, working closely together to scale our business.
- Help build rigorous systems to help us effectively scale (KPIs, performance management systems, software adoption, etc).
- Help set roadmap for our Product and Engineering efforts, clarifying the highest priority ops experiences to productize. Give product definition to nebulous problems, so we can build with clarity.
- Serve as a member of the company leadership team, help solve the most important issues, and set strategy across the company.

- 5+ years of experience in business operations, management consulting, product, strategy and operations, product operations, or related roles.
