About The Role
Closinglock is seeking a strategic and hands-on
Head of RevOps to build and scale the operational engine behind our revenue teams. This leader will own the systems, data, and processes that power Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, ensuring our go-to-market organization operates efficiently and scales with the company’s growth.
You will oversee RevOps and GTM systems, manage a small but impactful team, and drive alignment across the entire customer lifecycle. This role is both strategic and operational, requiring someone who can design the long-term architecture while also improving day-to-day execution.
What You’ll Do
- Own and lead Revenue Operations across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to drive predictable and scalable revenue growth.
- Manage and evolve our GTM systems stack, including CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, and customer success tools.
- Build and optimize end-to-end processes across the revenue funnel, from lead generation through renewal and expansion.
- Lead and develop a small RevOps team, including Marketing Operations and Sales Operations.
- Ensure data accuracy, reporting, and visibility across the entire GTM organization.
- Partner closely with executive leadership to define revenue strategy, forecasting, and performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities for automation, AI, and operational improvements that increase efficiency across revenue teams.
- Build dashboards and reporting that provide clear insight into pipeline health, conversion metrics, revenue performance, and customer growth.
- Align systems, processes, and data across departments to create a seamless customer journey.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, or related leadership roles at a SaaS company.
- Experience managing and optimizing GTM systems such as Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and sales tools.
- Proven ability to design and scale revenue processes across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience leading RevOps or GTM operations teams.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with executive leadership and revenue leaders.
- Highly organized, systems-oriented, and passionate about building scalable infrastructure
This is a full-time, in-person position in our Austin, TX office.
