The Role
We’re looking for a dedicated and driven B2B Sales Operations Executive to join our growing team at Volvo Car UK. You will support Fleet & Business Sales by providing excellent service, onboarding, and lifecycle support for new and existing B2B customers. You’ll be the main contact for all B2B enquiries, building strong, long term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage fleet customer accounts and support agreements using Salesforce and Power BI
- Coordinate vehicle demos, onboarding, renewals, and contract amendments
- Act as first point of contact for B2B enquiries across multiple channels
- Monitor operational KPIs and report on performance
- Collaborate with Fleet Sales Managers, leasing partners, and internal teams
- Assist with tender documentation and fleet proposals
- Identify process improvements and support continuous operational efficiency
- Maintain product knowledge to support customer decision-making
- Support fleet events and lifecycle management for existing customers
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with B2B clients
- Customer-focused, collaborative, and results-driven
- Ability to manage high volume queries accurately and efficiently
- Prioritisation skills in a fast paced, target-driven environment
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to change
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM and familiarity with Power BI
- Comfortable using multiple communication channels
