We are looking for a motivated and ambitious
Head of Revenue Operations to own and evolve our revenue operating model across the full customer lifecycle. This role ensures alignment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance while enabling scalable, data-driven revenue growth.
Your responsibilities
- Own and continuously optimize the end-to-end revenue operating model, including funnel definitions, lifecycle stages, ownership rules, and KPIs
- Define and execute the RevOps roadmap aligned with company strategy, growth objectives, and scalability needs
- Partner with Finance and GTM leadership on forecasting, planning, reporting standards, and performance tracking
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership by translating performance data into actionable insights
- Establish and enforce CRM governance, standardized processes, and system usage across all revenue teams
- Drive data integrity, compliance, and operational excellence through governance frameworks and regular audits
- Oversee and optimize the RevOps tech stack (CRM, automation, analytics, CPQ) to ensure efficiency and scalability
- Define and monitor core revenue metrics (ARR, NRR, churn, pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy, CAC efficiency)
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve conversion, retention, and revenue expansion
- Operationalize pricing and quoting processes, including discount guardrails and CRM implementation
- Design and manage sales compensation frameworks and commission tracking in alignment with Finance
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing RevOps team
- Drive continuous improvement to enhance productivity, visibility, and revenue predictability
Your Qualifications
- 6–10+ years in Revenue Operations / Sales Ops / GTM Ops in a SaaS environment
- Experience in a scale-up phase Proven track record of building RevOps functions or scaling existing ones
- Strong experience working across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success Experience in international/multi-region setups (US + Europe strongly preferred)
- Deep familiarity with subscription-based business models (ARR, NRR, churn, pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy, CAC efficiency)
- Experience partnering with executive leadership (CRO, CEO, CFO)
- Excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus
