Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Operations Manager located in Los Angeles, CA. The Sales Operations Manager will oversee and optimize sales team processes, analyze sales data to drive strategy, develop operational frameworks, and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and maximize results. This role will collaborate across teams to ensure a streamlined sales process and improved customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate sales data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience in Operations Management, including process optimization and workflow efficiencies.
- Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to enhance the overall client experience.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for cross-team collaboration and stakeholder reporting.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools is a plus.
- Proven track record of problem-solving and decision-making in a sales operations environment.
