Role Summary:
This PM will manage day to day delivery within Azure DevOps, ensuring offshore developers are completing user stories on time.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer Azure DevOps boards (Epics → Features → User Stories → Tasks) ensuring traceability and consistency.
• Create, assign, and manage user stories; maintain proper linkages to Features and Test Cases.
• Coordinate daily with offshore teams to track progress, identify blockers, and ensure timely closure of work items.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups aligned to overall project milestones.
• Enforce consistent use of ADO fields (iteration paths, states, estimated efforts) to keep reporting accurate.
• Monitor velocity and throughput; escalate risks or slippages early.
• Ensure Definition of Ready/Done and testing linkages are in place before closure.
• Provide weekly delivery status and metrics to PMO.
Required Skills:
• Strong working knowledge of Azure DevOps (board setup, queries, dashboards, reporting).
• Experience coordinating/leading offshore development teams.
• Familiar with user story lifecycle and sprint management.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up discipline.
• Understanding of CPQ, PLM, or ERP ecosystem.
• 8-10 years of total PM/delivery experience, with at least 3-5 years of hands-on work in Azure DevOps.
Preferred:
• Agile certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, etc.)
• Prior experience in large-scale Oracle CPQ/PLM programs.
