Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end P&L performance, including revenue, costs, and gross margin improvements
- Lead initiatives to improve customer retention, course completion rates, and reduce churn
- Manage and mentor large, operations-heavy teams across multiple product or course categories
- Design and implement scalable processes to improve efficiency and consistency in delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, operations, and leadership to enhance customer outcomes
- Analyze business metrics and performance data to drive decision-making and prioritize initiatives
- Continuously identify opportunities to optimize customer engagement and lifetime value
- Ensure smooth execution of post-sales processes and high-quality customer experience
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions where needed
