Job Details
:• Lead the organization's financial strategy, governance, and performance, driving business growth in both domestic and international markets
.• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
.• Manage accounting, taxation, audit, compliance, and statutory reporting
.• Control working capital, cash flow, bullion accounting, inventory valuation, and cost
.• Drive profitability through cost management and operational efficiency
.• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations (GST, Income Tax, Customs, SEZ, RBI)
.• Manage financial risks, including currency, commodity, and credit exposure
.• Lead banking relationships, funding arrangements, and financial negotiations
.• Provide strategic financial insights for expansion, capital expenditure, and new business ventures
.• Implement robust financial systems, controls, and management information systems (MIS) reporting
.• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounts team
.• Possess expertise in manufacturing finance, including costing, inventory, and supply chain management
.• Demonstrate experience in audits, taxation, statutory compliance, and corporate governance
.• Exhibit proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting tools
.• Display strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
.• Have experience in export-oriented manufacturing operations
.• Demonstrate knowledge of bullion management, diamond procurement, and pricing
.• Possess exposure to fundraising, mergers & acquisitions, and business restructuring
.• Exhibit a strategic mindset with strong business and commercial acumen
.• Hold a CA/CFA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification
.• Possess 12+ years of experience, with significant exposure to manufacturing or related industries
