CP Skin Health Group is seeking a dynamic, highly organized
Sales Operations Supervisor. This key role is responsible for leading a diverse team in managing all Order to Invoice (O2I) processes, ensuring operational efficiency across core technologies like SAP S4 HANA Cloud, and driving cross-functional collaboration to enhance customer experience. The supervisor will play a vital role in process standardization, system implementation, and fostering a high-performance, customer-centric culture within the sales operations function.
Please note, this role is based in Scottsdale, Arizona and is expected to work in office 4x week.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a diverse team in managing order processing, customer data, and sales support, fostering a high-performance culture and working to enhance customer experience to promote loyalty and growth
- Distribute and assign day to day work of direct reports
- Supervise Order to Invoice (O2I) processes; responsible for daily monitoring of SAP to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve stuck outbound deliveries, warehouse delays and billing blocks and month end closing activities
- Develop and test new business processes to address operational challenges and streamline efficiency
- Coordinate with Global IT to resolve system issues and implement updates
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration for superior customer service delivery
- Drive EDI advancements for accuracy in eCommerce
- Participate in special projects for process standardization and serving as SME for business technologies, orchestrating testing and implementations. Core technologies include SAP S4 HANA Cloud, SAP Cloud for Customer, Shopify, Vtex, Stripe, SAP Litmos LMS, and Google Data Studio
- Collaborate with finance and data teams for SOX compliance
- Foster team development through training and projects
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years experience in a sales operations environment, demonstrating a proven ability to enhance sales operations for optimal efficiency
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.), with the ability to leverage these tools for optimal productivity and collaboration
- Strong command of the English language in both oral and written forms, ensuring clarity and precision in communication
Preferred qualifications:
- Solutions oriented, with ability to challenge status quo to achieve positive change
- SAP experience
- Familiarity with office equipment and computer peripherals, coupled with a basic understanding of databases, reflecting a well-rounded technical skillset
- Previous people leadership experience
- Project management experience
Compensation And Benefits
Salary Range $86,000.00 - $121,000.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
