We’re a rapidly growing Single Family, Multi-Family & Commercial flooring company serving some of the nation’s top General Contractors. Our team specializes in delivering turnkey flooring, tile, and carpet solutions for large-scale developments across the country.
We’re looking for a high-level, strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our Scottsdale, AZ office and play a critical role in driving financial performance, scalability, and long-term growth. This is a key executive leadership position responsible for overseeing all financial operations, guiding strategic decision-making, and ensuring the company is positioned to achieve its aggressive growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead all financial functions including accounting, forecasting, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company growth goals (multi-state expansion, scaling operations, etc.)
- Build, manage, and optimize financial models to support executive decision-making and profitability tracking
- Oversee job costing, margin analysis, and WIP reporting across multifamily, SFR, and commercial divisions
- Partner with Operations and Sales leadership to improve gross profit, reduce cost leakage, and drive efficiency
- Manage banking relationships, lines of credit, and capital strategy to support working capital needs and growth initiatives
- Lead financial planning & analysis (FP&A), including monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal controls
- Oversee and develop the accounting/finance team, including Controller and support staff
- Support M&A activity, new market expansion, and strategic partnerships as needed
Qualifications
- 7+ years of financial leadership experience, with at least 3+ years in a CFO or senior finance executive role
- Construction industry experience required (flooring, subcontracting, or related trades strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of job costing, percentage-of-completion accounting, and project-based financials
- Proven ability to operate in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Experience managing multi-entity / multi-state operations preferred
- Expertise in financial systems, ERP platforms, and reporting tools (experience with construction-focused systems is a plus)
- Strong leadership, communication, and executive presence — able to influence at all levels of the organization
- High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
Benefits
- Base Salary: $180,000 – $200,000 (DOE)
- Performance Bonus (OTE: $220,000 – $240,000+)
