Role Description
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing all financial operations and ensuring the company's financial health. Primary responsibilities include financial planning, analyzing financial data, overseeing financial statements, and managing financial reporting processes. The CFO will work closely with other executives to develop strategies that align financial initiatives with company goals. This is a full-time hybrid position based in Miami, FL, with some flexibility to work remotely.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Financial Planning and overall Finance operations
- Proficiency in analyzing and producing Financial Statements and Reports
- Advanced Analytical Skills to inform strategic decision-making
- Proven ability to manage and oversee Financial Reporting processes
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Experience in the luxury goods or retail industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred
- Proven track record of driving financial growth and operational efficiency
