About The Team You Are Joining
You will be joining the Global Direct Sales (GDS) team within the Products & Services Division. This is a high-performing, international sales team focused on driving revenue growth through direct customer engagement. The team relies on strong operational support to maximize efficiency, execute sales campaigns, and manage CRM and ERP systems effectively. As part of this team, you will work closely with sales leaders and representatives, providing insights, optimizing processes, and removing operational blockers to enable the team to achieve their targets. The environment is dynamic, collaborative, and focused on continuous improvement, with a culture that values analytical thinking, operational excellence, and strong stakeholder collaboration.
What Your Day Would Be Like
A typical day in this role would involve a combination of sales operations, analysis, and stakeholder support, ensuring the Global Direct Sales team can perform at its best. Key responsibilities you would handle daily include:
- Managing sales campaigns and CRM data – planning, executing, and maintaining Salesforce campaigns, master data, opportunities, and dashboards.
- Analyzing performance metrics – reviewing sales KPIs, generating insights, and providing actionable recommendations to improve team productivity.
- Supporting sales operations – troubleshooting ERP (SAP) and CRM (Salesforce) issues, performing master data updates, and ensuring smooth sales processing.
- Optimizing processes – identifying opportunities for automation, process improvements, and system enhancements.
- Collaborating with stakeholders – working with sales leaders, cross-functional teams, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational challenges and drive efficiency.
- Coaching and onboarding – supporting and training sales representatives, providing guidance on tools, processes, and best practices.
- Reporting and projects – preparing accurate reports for management and contributing to special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- The role is dynamic, blending analytical work, operational support, and collaboration to ensure the team consistently achieves its targets and sales efficiency goals.
