Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially minded Revenue Operations Manager to support our growth across London and Rest of World markets (excluding the US). This role is ideal for someone who is exceptionally strong with numbers, deeply comfortable working in CRM systems—particularly Zoho—and experienced in turning data into clear insights, reporting, forecasting, and operational improvements.
You will play a key role in analysing revenue and client performance data, tracking pipeline and conversion metrics, forecasting client and revenue growth, and partnering closely with managers to ensure KPI visibility and performance across the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Own revenue operations reporting and analysis for London and Rest of World markets outside of the US
- Analyse client, pipeline, conversion, and revenue data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Track and forecast client numbers, revenue performance, and key commercial outcomes
- Maintain and optimise reporting accuracy within Zoho CRM
- Build and manage dashboards, reports, and forecasting models to support decision-making
- Define, monitor, and report on key KPI metrics across sales and commercial teams
- Partner closely with managers to review performance, improve visibility, and drive accountability against targets
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and discipline across CRM and reporting processes
- Support planning cycles with accurate performance data and forward-looking insights
- Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and improve commercial reporting
Requirements
- Proven experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or a similar analytical role
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with confidence interpreting large datasets and building forecasts
- Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM is essential
- Strong experience in data analysis, tracking performance, and revenue forecasting
- Solid understanding of KPI design, performance measurement, and commercial reporting
- Ability to work closely with managers and senior stakeholders to support decision-making
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scale-up or fintech environment
- Strong Excel / spreadsheet skills; experience with dashboards and reporting tools is a plus
- Self-sufficient and proactive, with no need for team mentoring responsibility
- Experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, or other high-growth commercial businesses
- Experience supporting international or multi-market commercial teams
- Familiarity with forecasting methodologies for client growth and revenue performance
