Freshminds has been retained by a PE backed, internationally operating certification and assurance business, to find a high impact Head of Revenue Operations.
Reporting to the CCO, you will run a small team to ensure the commercial department is running optimally and profitably.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with FP&A to develop and track the right reports for profitable growth
- Own customer systems, ensure effective integration and build automation
- Own customer experience and implement new ways of winning and delivering for customers
Requirements:
- c.3-5 years in top tier strategy consutling
- Experience in B2B services, in a commercial/revenue operations role
- Proficient in HubSpot
- Excellent senior stakeholder management skills
