Sales Operations Associate Manager
We are seeking a strategic and highly organized Sales Operations Associate Manager to serve as the vital link between our revenue-generating teams and our supply chain engine.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between Sales (Retail/E-comm) and Operations (Demand Planning, Logistics, and Production).
- Lead weekly meetings to align on inventory availability, promotional calendars, and launch timelines.
- Work with the sales channels to understand detailed forecasts, sell through versus actuals, impacts of promotions to provide inputs to the demand planning function.
- Communicate inventory risks to sales channels and ensure alignment on back in stock timing, revenue impacts, and address forecasting opportunities.
- Analyze historical data and market trends to improve forecast accuracy.
- Manage the Sales Order lifecycle for the Retail channel, ensuring orders placed are accurate, able to be fulfilled, and transmit properly through the appropriate systems and extend to RTV process.
- Create process and help provide oversight of operational in-between states of the e-comm channel, like order flow and proactive communication on adjustments to SLA.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to prioritize shipments based on channel urgency.
- Build and maintain dashboards that track KPIs such as order fill rate and on time fulfillment.
- Identify bottlenecks in the order to fulfillment cycle and implement scalable solutions.
- Work with Logistics function to track and address any chargeback violations from Retail channel and drive improvements.
- Learn the systems architecture between the sales channels, the ERP, and the warehouse to troubleshoot and improve those connections.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years experience in Sales Ops, Supply Chain, or Category Management (consumer goods experience is a plus)
- Deep understanding of differing requirements for Retail and Ecomm channels
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Netsuite preferred), EDI connections for retail partners, and advanced spreadsheet and data visualization skills
- Great communication skills, cross-functional partnership, and relationship development with sales stakeholders
