Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven professional to support our New Business & Growth team. This role will focus on CRM management, lead tracking, and pre-sales research, enabling the agency to build strong, insight-led pitches and drive efficient lead conversion.
You will play a key role in ensuring that every opportunity is well-researched, tracked, and effectively transitioned into compelling client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Management & Lead Governance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads and opportunities within CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Capture all interactions, briefs, and updates with precision and timeliness
- Ensure strong CRM hygiene, data consistency, and structured pipeline tracking
- Monitor lead progress and proactively flag delays in follow-ups or conversions
Lead Management & New Business Support
- Track inbound and outbound leads across the agency pipeline
- Ensure no opportunity is missed by maintaining end-to-end visibility of lead stages
- Support the new business team in managing pitch pipelines and opportunity status
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely movement of leads
Research & Pitch Intelligence
- Conduct in-depth research on prospective clients, including:
- Brand positioning and communication strategy
- Digital and social media presence
- Competitor campaigns and agency partnerships
- Develop sharp, insight-driven briefs to support pitch teams
- Identify strategic hooks, gaps, and opportunities to strengthen proposals
Pitch & Proposal Support
- Assist in preparing background research and inputs for pitch decks and proposals
- Ensure all relevant client information is readily available to strategy and creative teams
- Support the team in building data-backed narratives for new business presentations
Operational Excellence & Reporting
- Maintain lead dashboards, trackers, and weekly/monthly pipeline reports
- Analyze lead trends and conversion metrics to identify improvement areas
- Drive process enhancements to improve lead management and reporting efficiency
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as a bridge between business development, strategy, and client servicing teams
- Ensure seamless handover of opportunities for pitch and execution
- Maintain alignment across teams on lead status and priorities
Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in:
- Agency environment (preferred), or
- Sales operations / CRM / business coordination
- Strong research and storytelling support capability
- High attention to detail and structured working style
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Proficiency in Excel and presentation tools (PowerPoint/Google Slides)
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven agency environment
