*Chief Financial Officer (CFO)* with 15+ years of *experience in residential real estate* required for a *reputed real estate developer* based in *Andheri, Mumbai*
*Chartered Accountants (CA) with prior experience working with a real estate developer will be considered*
JD:
* Managing relationships with **banks, NBFCs, private investors, and financial institutions** for project funding, refinancing, and credit facilities.
* Overseeing **financial planning, project-wise budgeting, and fund allocation** to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
* Supervising **statutory compliance including GST, income tax, TDS, and regulatory filings** across group entities.
* Leading **financial reporting, MIS preparation, and variance analysis** for management decision-making.
* Monitoring **project cost controls, contractor payments, and working capital requirements** across ongoing developments.
* Coordinating with **statutory auditors, tax consultants, and legal teams** for audits, assessments, and financial compliance.
* Structuring **joint ventures, investment arrangements, and funding models** for new real estate projects.
* Establishing **internal financial controls and governance frameworks** to ensure transparency and accountability in fund utilization.
* Supporting the management in **strategic planning, investment evaluation, and expansion initiatives**.
