Role Description
The Revenue Operations Manager supports Dazos’ go-to-market teams by maintaining systems, improving workflows, ensuring accurate GTM data, and leveraging AI-driven tools to enhance operational efficiency. This role is execution-focused and hands-on. Success in this role means clean data, reliable dashboards, well-functioning automations, practical AI usage, and strong day-to-day GTM support.
Key responsibilities
GTM Process Execution & Improvement
- Maintain and update lead, opportunity, and customer workflows in Salesforce.
- Support standardization of sales stages, qualification criteria, and field usage.
- Help ensure smooth handoffs between Marketing, Sales, CS, and Finance.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend automation or AI-assisted improvements.
- Document processes and maintain internal playbooks.
Systems Administration & Data Hygiene
- Administer Salesforce (user setup, permissions, fields, reports, dashboards).
- Maintain high standards of data hygiene and CRM accuracy.
- Monitor and support integrations between CRM and other systems (billing, marketing automation, CS tools).
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors when needed.
- Monitor tool utilization and support license efficiency.
Automation & Enablement Support
- Build and maintain workflow automations (lead routing, approvals, notifications, renewals tracking).
- Develop scalable, self-service dashboards and reporting for Sales, CS, Finance, and leadership.
- Train users on systems, reporting, and AI-enhanced workflows.
- Support onboarding of new hires on GTM systems and tools.
Reporting & Analytics
- Maintain dashboards for pipeline, bookings, churn, expansion, and core efficiency metrics.
- Support funnel and conversion analysis, identifying data-backed improvement areas.
- Assist with quota tracking and rep productivity reporting.
- Provide structured reporting inputs for leadership updates and board materials.
- Support development of AI-assisted insights to flag risks (e.g., churn risk, stalled deals, underperforming segments).
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Partner with Finance to align ARR reporting, commission calculations, and reconciliations.
- Support marketing attribution models and lead scoring optimization.
- Assist Customer Success in building renewal tracking and expansion visibility.
- Collaborate with GTM leaders to ensure reporting accuracy and consistent metric definitions.
Who you are
- 2–4 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, CRM Administration, or related roles.
- Hands-on Salesforce administration experience required.
- Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business models is strongly preferred.
- Exposure to AI-enabled features within CRM or GTM systems is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
Skills:
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce (reports, dashboards, flows, automation).
- Understanding of SaaS GTM workflows (lead lifecycle, opportunity stages, renewals, expansion).
- Experience building automation and maintaining integrations (native connectors, Zapier, APIs).
- Comfort leveraging AI tools to improve reporting, data quality, and workflow efficiency.
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and reconciliation.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven.
- Strong communication skills with ability to support cross-functional stakeholders.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with Customer Success tools (ChurnZero, Totango).
- Familiarity with Hubspot (especially Workflows and Attribution Models)
- Experience supporting distributed teams.
- Exposure to predictive analytics or AI-based forecasting tools.
