Duties & Responsibilities
- Understand business users' problems and needs to provide technical and business solutions across our Applications Portfolio systems
- Work on issues/requests individually and as part of the team to ensure that problems are solved
- Use defined systems and guidelines to keep stakeholders informed of request status and ensure clear documentation for issue resolution and follow-up
- Establish technical solutions by configuring and administering applications
- Document solutions and processes, and train users
- Collaborate by working with software vendors, representing users, and providing project support
- Be a critical member of the Applications Support Team and collaborate across other areas of Technology Solutions as well as with our business units
- Work with cross-functional teams across the organization, developing an intimate knowledge of operations and technologies utilized within the organization
- Continually develop and improve your relationships with stakeholders and gain their confidence in service abilities
- Adhere to standards that apply to documentation, audit tracking, and naming conventions
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
- Fundamental understanding of Web and Cloud-Based applications (front-end and back-end)
- Basic knowledge of software design, testing, development, documentation
- Basic knowledge of accounting and operational business processes
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to express complex technical concepts in lay terms to non-technical users verbally and in writing
- Customer service experience, preferably in a technical environment
- A methodical approach to problem-solving
- Basic knowledge of accounting and operations business processes
- Willingness and the ability to continually learn the technology and business
- Ability to work independently in a highly visible, fast paced environment
- Ability to adapt to frequent change
- High attention to detail
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or another relevant field
- Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior customer service experience
- 2+ years Real Estate Management or Software implementation and administration experience
- Experience with ERP, ITSM, and CRM business applications including Yardi Voyager, Freshservice, and Hubspot
