The Opportunity
The Sales Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in keeping the essential moving parts of our sales and procurement processes running smoothly. With a focus on accuracy, service excellence, and operational consistency, you’ll help transform everyday tasks into reliable, high‑quality experiences for our team, partners, and clients.

What You’ll Do

- Deliver exceptional service and ensure all communication reflects Stridon’s values.
Sales Operations
- Manage day‑to‑day tasks including quotes, inbox management, order processing, renewals, and updates in ConnectWise PSA.
- Liaise with suppliers and clients to confirm pricing, lead times, requirements, and delivery updates.
- Raise purchase orders, validate vendor terms, and flag discrepancies or fulfilment risks.
- Support provisioning, licence management, inventory accuracy, logistics, and documentation control.
- Provide clear, timely client updates and collaborate with the Assistant Accountant on billing queries.
Process Improvement & Documentation
- Maintain accurate sales operations documentation and support workflow improvements by sharing observations and updating processes as needed.
What You’ll Bring
Skills & Experience
- Experience in sales operations, commercial operations, procurement, or a similar role within an IT or MSP environment.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRMs, procurement systems, or ticketing tools (ConnectWise PSA is beneficial).
- Ability to follow established processes and highlight inconsistencies.
