About the Job
As a Sales Operations Associate, you will execute project components and support essential business processes with guidance from your manager. In this role, you will specifically support the launch of new products on YouTube in EMEA. You will provide actionable insights, solve defined problems using common methods and tools, and evaluate business needs. By building strong working relationships and partnering effectively with cross-functional teams, you will help drive operational rigor.
You possess a foundational understanding of market, product, organizational, and cross-functional nuances, with a keen awareness of when to seek additional support and guidance.
Responsibilities
Operational Excellence: Implement business cadences to deliver effective and efficient operations. Help manage processes and programs to drive operational rigor.
Data & Insights: Analyse and interpret data, effectively communicating findings in a structured and compelling manner. Monitor and track metrics against business objectives, surfacing actionable insights to drive the business forward.
Strategy & Execution: Help develop and activate a product/sales activation strategy to achieve business objectives. Ensure key activities are delivered and targets are achieved through focused execution and enablement.
Project Management: Define problem statements and project scopes with manager guidance. Execute components of a project plan and help deliver projects in a high-quality, timely manner. Strategic Assessment: Conduct strategic assessments to address opportunity areas or problem statements. Help evaluate a range of solutions, assessing associated key benefits and challenges. Identify areas of improvement and re-apply existing approaches to drive a step-change in effectiveness or efficiency.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Build relationships with external stakeholders, understanding their key priorities and needs. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on programs, processes, and business objectives.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and business areas. Make informed recommendations related to a product, area, or service with manager guidance.
